Laguna Beach Like a Local: 50 Fun Things to Do

☕️ Choose from dozens of flavored lattes at Heidelberg! There are so many fun flavors to try - my favorite is white chocolate raspberry. Enjoy it in a big mug seated outside or take it to go and cross the street to watch the surfers at brooks street 🏄‍♂️ 

🥽Snorkel at Moss Beach - this is one of my favorite spots to snorkel. I recommend going in off seasons when there are less people! Moss beach also has a beautiful staircase for a photo op!! 📷 

🐚 Look for Seashells at Crescent Beach in the rocks to the left and right of the beach! 

🥾 Valido Hike is accessible from West street and is one of my favorite spots to enjoy the views of Laguna from above 

🛍️ Thrift shop at Laguna Exchange - I have found so many amazing, quality second hand pieces at this shop right in the heart of town!

🚋 Ride the free Trolley around Town - the trolley is a great way to avoid having to find a parking spot in the summer! Sailing down PCH in the trolley is a can't miss activity on your trip to Laguna! 

🍦Treat yourself to Frozen Yogurt at Active Culture - banana flambe and salted caramel are my favorite flavors!

🐟 🐎 Listen to Live Music at The Seahorse ! A great spot to eat, drink and play card games while enjoying music with friends! 

🍳 Enjoy a tasty Breakfast at Kitchen in the Canyon- I love this spot!!! There is cute seating inside and out and so many delicious gluten-free & dairy-free options! 

🌟 Visit the Sawdust Festival- a great place to spend an evening wandering through the many beautiful art stands, enjoying food and drinks, and listening to music! 

💙 Enjoy a Morning Walk around the Montage for panoramic views of the clear blue water and a path full of plants and beauty! 🌱 

🧺 the Saturday morning farmers market is always a beautiful way to start the day in Laguna! I love to walk to Anastasia afterwards for brunch!! 🍍 

☕️ Coffee walk around Heisler Park for my favorite views of the coast in Laguna! 

🏴‍☠️ See the Pirates Tower at Victoria Beach - a can’t miss sight, especially for photographers! 📸

🌮 Order an Authentic Mexican lunch at Adolfo’s - I have said it before and I will say it again, best shrimp 🍤 tacos in town!!!!!

🍧 Follow your nose to Gelato Paradiso - my sister used to work here and always came home smelling like a waffle cone, it was the best!!!

🍕 🥗 Order a Gluten-Free Pizza & Market Salad from Neapolitan- this is my favorite duo! If you are dairy free you can enjoy the market salad with no cheese and choose from the vegan pizza options.

🧘 Take a donation based Yoga Class at the Montage - the Montage offers donation based yoga classes on Saturday mornings. The calming surroundings of the montage and the waves make for the perfect scenery for the class!

⛰️ Walk the Laguna Fire Trails at Sunset - I love this spot at any time of day but sunset is truly magical!

🌮 Enjoy what might be the best tacos of your life at The Taco Stand - trust me when I tell you the line is that long for a reason

🍣 Starfish is my favorite restaurant in Laguna - their asian fusion cuisine is consistently outstanding - make it in for their happy hour to load up on shared plates! My favorite dishes are the Candy Dragon Prawns at Starfish, chicken lettuce wraps, calamari (it’s gluten free !!!! ) & all of their sushi

🍱 Speaking of sushi… if you are a sushi lover you cannot skip SeaButter. Their rolls are fresh, unique, and mouth watering. They have a truffle salmon nigiri that is absolutely incredible. They also can make gluten-free tempura rolls which is rare and delish!
